I don't know if you want to add this to the growing "how to" section, but it is how I make live twist tail rounds. Bill Skillman and I were having a private message discussion a while back, and he encouraged me to send it along to you. I hesitated to, because it's not totally authentic... By the way, my hands don't really look that diseased.
